Duration filter and Access Requests Granted term change in Trust Vault
We are excited to introduce some new features and improvements to enhance the Trust Vault functionality by adding the "Duration" filter and a term change in Access Requests Granted.
“Access Requests Granted” Term Change
In response to user feedback, we have made a terminology adjustment. The term "Active Access Request" has been changed to "Access Requests Granted" for better understanding.
The term "Access Requests Granted" refers to the total count of requests that have been approved when an individual requests private access through the Trust Vault's preview mode.
Duration Filter
We have added a new Duration filter to the Trust Vault module. This filter allows users to refine their search results based on the duration of the last 7 days, Last 1 month, Last 3 months, Last 6 months and Last 1 year. This filter can be applied based on Total Portal Views, Documents Downloaded, Access Requests Granted, and Pending Requests.
How does it work?
Navigate to the Scrut platform. Go to "Trust" and then to "Trust Vault".
Select any tab such as Total Portal Views, Documents Downloaded, Access Requests Granted, and Pending Requests.
Click on 'Duration' and select any duration.
Now the graph is populated based on the filter that has been applied.
