Easily find and share documents with the Trust Vault's 'Documents' section

What is it?

We’ve added a dedicated Documents section inside the Trust Vault to help you easily find, view, and manage your compliance and control-related documents—all in one place.

Why does it matter?

Until now, documents were scattered across different parts of the Trust Vault, making it hard to locate and share relevant files. With this update, everything is structured, searchable, and accessible in one place—saving time and reducing confusion for both internal and external users.

How it works:

• Organized view: Documents now appear in a dedicated tab inside Trust Vault. Compliance framework documents are shown first, followed by those tied to controls—preserving the original order.

  

• Quick preview and access: The first 6 documents display by default; the rest are hidden under an expandable accordion.

• Easy navigation: Clicking on a document card opens the related framework or control details in a side drawer. If a framework or control has no documents, it is hidden from view.

  

• Access control: Logged-in users see only documents they have access to. Anonymous users see only public documents and can request access to private ones.

  

• Quick search and filters: You can search documents using keywords like Compliance, Control, Framework, or Control Name. For filter options, you can filter by All, Public, and Private.

• Fully responsive: Optimized for use on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
