Email Notifications Enhancements in Vendor Management

We are pleased to announce the improved email notifications within the vendor module, addressing previously missing or non-functional notifications. This update ensures timely and relevant communication between various stakeholders involved in vendor management.

How it works

• Single Vendor Assigned:

  • Sent when a vendor is created or an existing vendor's assignee is changed

  • Recipient: Assigned user

• Vendor Questionnaire Assigned for Review:

  • Sent when a vendor questionnaire is assigned for the first time or the reviewer is changed

  • Recipient: Assigned reviewer

• Daily Auto Reminder to Vendors (Security Questionnaire Overdue):

  • Sent daily to vendors when the security questionnaire due date has passed and the notification is enabled in settings

  • Recipient: Vendor Point of Contact (POC)

• Mitigation Task Assigned:

  • Sent when a new mitigation task is created or an existing one's assignee is modified

  • Recipient: Assigned user

• A Single Question is Assigned:

  • Sent when a single question within a questionnaire is assigned to a specific user

  • Recipient: Assigned user
