You can now see the list of external applications/vendors that any employee has access to. This new feature enhances visibility and management of employee access to various external systems, ensuring better control and compliance.

How to view Employee Access to Vendor Apps

To view the list of external applications an employee has access to, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Employee Profile: Go to the employee's profile page.

  2. Open the Access Tab: Click on the "Access" tab within the employee's profile.

  3. View Access List: Here, you will see a comprehensive list of all the applications and vendors this employee has access to.

  4. This will show the vendor app name, the employee's account name in that vendor app, and the role.

This feature allows administrators to easily track and manage employee access, ensuring that permissions are up-to-date and aligned with the organization's security policies.
