Employee Application Access Overview
Employee Application Access Overview is a new feature that allows administrators to see which applications and vendors an employee has access to, along with their specific roles. Administrators can now easily view a list of all applications and the roles assigned to each employee.
How does it work?
Start by navigating to the employee section:
Step 1: Go to the 'Employee' section and select any employee.

This tab displays the list of applications or vendors to which the employee has access. If available, it also shows the employee's account name and role in each application.
Please note, in this example, the account names and roles are blank as this is a testing site and AWS IAMs do not provide this information. However, for other applications where account names and roles are available, they will be displayed in this section.
This feature provides administrators with a comprehensive view of the applications and roles their employees have access to. This will lead to a detailed view of the selected employee. Here, a new tab named 'Access' is available.
Step 2: Click on the "Access" tab.
