Employee Source and its Filter in the Employee section

What is this feature?

We are excited to introduce a new feature in the Scrut platform that enhances your experience by providing transparency regarding the source of employee data. With this update, you can easily identify whether an employee's information is sourced through integrations or manually created within the platform.

How does it work?

Employee Table Enhancement:

  1. In the Scrut Platform, navigate to "People", go to "Employees".

  2. From the employee table, scroll to the right. A new column named "Source" displaying the source of each employee has been added to the employee table with sorting functionality.

  1. Users can now easily identify whether an employee's data is fetched through integrations or manually entered into the platform.

Advanced Filtering Options:

  1. The addition of a dedicated filter for the employee source in the advanced filter settings allows users to streamline their data analysis.

  1. Users can now filter and view specific employee data based on their source.

Exported Data Enhancement:

  1. The source information of each employee is now included in the exported data files.

  2. When exporting data from the platform, users will find a new column indicating the source of each employee, ensuring that the information remains comprehensive and insightful even outside the platform.
