Enhanced Document Preview in Trust Vault

What changed?

We’ve rolled out a major upgrade to the document preview experience in Trust Vault. You can now view a wider range of file formats—including spreadsheets, emails, PDFs, images, and videos—directly within the platform. The preview mode has also been enhanced with zoom controls, attachment handling improvements, and in-modal downloads.

Why does it matter?

Previously, users had to download files or deal with limited preview options. This update makes it faster and easier to view key documents directly in Trust Vault, improving accessibility and reducing workflow interruptions.

How it works:

• The preview modal now supports:

  • Spreadsheets: .xlsx, .xls, .csv

    

  • Emails: .eml

    

  • PDFs: .pdf

    

  • Images: .jpg, .png, .jpeg

  • Videos: .mp4

• PDFs now support zoom in/out, including mouse trackpad gestures.

• Attachments open with a single click — no need for a separate preview icon.

• A new Download button inside the modal lets you save the file without exiting the view.
