Enhanced Task Visibility in Training Portal

What's new?

Employees can now view their entire list of assigned training tasks right from the start in their Training Portal. Tasks that are dependent on policy acceptance will appear greyed out and locked until the required policies are accepted.

Why does it matter?

Previously, users only saw policy tasks, which led to confusion and delays. This update improves clarity, reduces support queries, and ensures a more structured compliance experience.

How it works:

• Employees log into the Training Portal and immediately see all assigned tasks.

• Tasks that require prior policy acceptance are displayed as locked and greyed out.

• Once policies are accepted, training tasks unlock automatically and can be completed.
