Enhancement: Improved Source Type Tracking for Risk Entries

What’s New?

We have enhanced risk tracking by ensuring that the Source Type is automatically assigned when risks are added manually or via bulk import.

The Source and Source Type will be assigned as follows based on how the risk is added:

• Individually Created Risks:

  • Source Type: Manual Entry

  • Source: Risk Form

• CSV Imported Risks:

  • Source Type: File Import

  • Source: File Name

Additional Improvements

• Filter Update: The Source Type filter now includes Manual Entry and File Import alongside existing options (Test, Vulnerability, Vendor, and Audit Findings).

  

This update enhances transparency and traceability in risk management.
