Enhancements in People Section

Offboarding Completed Status filter:

We are excited to introduce the new enhancement in the people section, which is a filter for the "Offboarding Completed" status. Users can now filter employees efficiently based on the "Offboarding Completed" status in the Employees sub-section of the People section.

Terminology Changes Across the Platform:

1. The terminology "Not a Person" has been updated to "Non Personnel" across the platform.

2. The term "Mark as Person" has been replaced with "Mark as Personnel" throughout the platform.

These changes enhance clarity and align with industry-standard language.

Non Personnel can also be filtered through the status filter in the "Employees" section.

"Needs Offboarding" to "Offboarding Needed" Filter Refinement:

In the "People" section, further in the "Employees" section filter, the term "Needs Offboarding" has been updated to "Offboarding Needed" as specified in the employee table status.

Training Status Enhancement:

Status Change from "OK" to "Training Completed":

• When an employee completes training, the status that was previously indicated as "OK" has been revised to "Training Completed".

• This change more accurately represents the employee's training status, providing a clearer understanding of their progress within the platform.

Training Completed can also be filtered through the status filter in the employee's section.
