What is it?

The Vendor Import template has been enhanced to support 8 additional fields for bulk uploads, making vendor onboarding and data consolidation more context-rich and easier than ever. The newly added fields include:

• Service Description

• Assessment Status (Not Assessed, In Progress, Assessed, Needs Reassessment)

• Assessment Justification

• Last Assessment Date

• Last Assessed By

• Recurrence (Annually, Biannually, Quarterly, Monthly, Never, Custom)

• Next Assessment Date

Why it matters

This enhancement eliminates the need for manual data entry after bulk vendor imports. You can now set up your entire vendor portfolio, including assessment statuses, scheduling, and service descriptions, in one streamlined process, saving significant time while ensuring comprehensive vendor documentation.

How it works

Download the enhanced vendor import template, which includes new assessment fields. Fill in the details, and upload the completed template to bulk import vendors.
