Scrut's new Evidence Dashboard streamlines the complexity GRC managers encounter when addressing the nuances of the Evidence module. The current navigation of the evidence module lacks a concise overview of users and departments responsible for managing evidence, resulting in a notable obstacle to effective oversight. The Evidence Dashboard serves as a focused feature, offering instant insights into important factors to bridge this information gap.

Note: Evidence marked as "Not Relevant" is excluded from the metrics and all the graphs.

Spotlight on Dashboard Elements

Metric Cards can help you keep track of important metrics by displaying them at the top of the page.

The number of evidence in the draft state is reflected only when the 'Evidence Approval Workflow' is turned on.

Evidence by Department

The "Evidence by Department" graph displays a bar chart illustrating the number of evidence assigned to each department.

  • The chart provides a breakdown of evidence status, including categories such as "Not Uploaded", "Draft", and "Uploaded" for a comprehensive overview of evidence distribution and status across departments.

  • When you hover over each stack representing different statuses on the bar graph, a tooltip appears with the evidence counts in each specific state, offering a granular understanding of the evidence distribution within each department.

  • Click on a specific bar within a department, and the user is redirected to the "All Evidence" page with the department and status filters pre-applied.

  • There is a dropdown filter to choose the relevant department.

Evidence by Assignee

The "Evidence by Assignee" graph displays a bar chart illustrating the number of evidence assigned to different users (assignee).

  • The chart provides a breakdown of evidence status, including categories such as "Not Uploaded", "Draft", and "Uploaded" for a comprehensive overview of evidence distribution and status for each user.

  • When you hover over each stack representing different statuses on the bar graph, a tooltip appears with the evidence counts in each specific state.

  • Click on a specific bar for an assignee, and the user is redirected to the "All Evidence" page with the assignee and status filters pre-applied.

  • There is a drop-down filter to choose relevant assignees.

Evidence by Framework

The "Evidence by Framework" graph displays a bar chart illustrating the number of evidence in each framework.

  • The chart provides a breakdown of evidence status, including categories such as "Not Uploaded", "Draft", and "Uploaded" for a comprehensive overview of evidence distribution and status across frameworks.

  • When you hover over each stack representing different statuses on the bar graph, a tooltip appears with the evidence counts in each specific state.
