Evidence Review Email Notification

We are excited to introduce a new feature in this release that enhances your experience in managing evidence reviews. We have added a notification option: Email Notification For Evidence Review Reminder in the "Notification" section of "Settings".

An automatic email will be sent to the Primary Assignee of the Evidence seven days before the review date if this notification is turned on.

How does it work?

1. Go to "Settings", then to "Notification", and turn on “Email Notification For Evidence Review Reminder”

2. The user will be sent an email notification containing information about the Evidence name and its review date.

1. After clicking the "Review Evidence" button, you will be directed to the Scrut platform, where you can view the evidence that requires your attention.

Note: Only the primary assignee receives the mail.
