Evidence Review Workflow
In our continuous effort to enhance your compliance management experience, we are thrilled to introduce several key improvements to our Evidence Review Workflow.
Addressing a Major Flaw
Previously, if evidence was in the Published state and the review date approached, its status remained unchanged, still showing Published. As a dedicated compliance platform, it is our responsibility to notify users of the need to review their policies and evidence.
Introducing the New Evidence Review Workflow
Creating a New Evidence Task: Users can now create a new Evidence Task and attach the required files. This action will change the Evidence Task state to Uploaded, and a new Review Date field will be added to the Evidence Requirement Card. In our continuous effort to enhance your compliance management experience, we are thrilled to introduce several key improvements to our Evidence Review Workflow.
Needs Attention status on Review Date: On the review date, the evidence status changes to Needs Attention.
Users have the option to update the evidence or continue with the review. Once the required action is taken, the state changes to Draft once again. An Admin must publish the evidence for it to return to the Uploaded state, and the review date is automatically adjusted based on the recurrence period and the date of evidence upload. Please note that recurrence cannot be changed when the evidence is in Draft State.
Audit Log: As always, the audit log contains all the details you need to track and review this process.
Dashboard Enhancement
The number of evidence that needs attention in the dashboard will now include Evidence Tasks that are up for review.
