Focus your risk insights with entity-based filters in Dashboard and Reports

What's changed?

You can now filter the Risk Management Dashboard and the Risk Report by specific entities to get a focused view of your risk landscape. This enhancement applies to all dashboard sections, including status metrics, risk heatmaps, treatment strategies, and assignee breakdowns, to show entity-specific data.

Why it matters

Managing risks across multiple entities or business units becomes much easier when you can focus on what's relevant to each area. This targeted view helps you make better decisions, track progress more effectively, and generate entity-specific reports for stakeholders who only need to see risks relevant to their domain.

How it works

1. Filter dashboard views

Select any entity from the filter at the top of the dashboard to view risk data specific to the selected entity.

Note

The Risk Trend graph continues to display organization-wide data for comprehensive oversight.

2. Generate entity-specific reports

Use the new entity filter in the report export modal to create PDF reports with the entity name prominently displayed on the cover page.

When you generate the PDF report:

  • The entity's name will be prominently displayed on the report's cover page.

  • The report will include only the risks associated with your selected entity.

  • Risk register entries will also show the entity name, unless you've selected the "organization-wide" filter.
