We are thrilled to introduce our new integration with Freshservice, enhancing Scrut's capabilities to streamline IT service management.

Key features of the Freshservice Integration

  • Creating and Syncing Tickets: Easily create and sync Freshservice tickets directly within Scrut.

  • Automated Evidence Collection: Automate the collection of Scrut Monitor evidence, including:

    • List of tickets

    • Ticket activities

    • List of agents and their roles

    • List of vendors

  • Access Review: Integrate Freshservice for access reviews, ensuring compliance and visibility.

  • Control Automated Tests (Upcoming): Freshservice integration will soon support Control Automated Tests, making compliance and audit workflows even more seamless.

Ticket Management from within Scrut

With this integration, you can now create and link Freshservice tickets directly from Scrut and track their status in real time, improving collaboration and efficiency.
