Freshteam Integration

What is this feature?

We are excited to announce the integration of Freshteam with the Scrut platform. Freshteam is a human resources management system (HRMS) that covers a wide range of HR functions. Through integrating Freshteam with the Scrut platform, we can fetch the employee details in the Scrut platform like Employee Name, Email, Department, Reporting Manager, Joining Date, and Exit Date.

How does it work?

1. Go to "Settings". Navigate to "Integrations". Then go to "Freshteam" and click 'Integrate'.

2. Click on 'Connect'.

3. You will be asked to fill in the following details:

   • Enter your Freshteam SubDomain - Enter the subdomain for your Freshteam account. For example, if you sign in at "acme.freshteam.com", enter "acme". Do not enter the full "acme.freshteam.com".

   • Enter your Freshteam API Key -

     • To generate an API key, navigate to the Freshteam URL in which you sign in, and click the profile icon on the right.

     • Select API Settings.

     • The API Key is displayed under Your API Key section.

4. Once the credentials are entered, click on 'Submit'.

5. We have successfully integrated Freshteam with the Scrut platform.
