Generating Risks from Cloud Test Findings

We're excited to announce a new feature designed to enhance user convenience and provide more context for risk identification. Now, you can create a risk directly within the Test Module, allowing for a smoother workflow and a clearer understanding of risk sources.

Use case

If a risk needs to be created based on test results, the admin can now do so directly from the 'Tests' module, ensuring that the source is clearly captured. Previously, admins had to create a risk and use a custom field to capture the source details, which was not as user-friendly or productive.

How does it work?

1. Navigate to 'Cloud', go to 'Tests', then to the 'Test Detail' page.

2. Click on the three-dot menu next to the "Test Now" button.

3. "Create Risk" is a newly added option in this dropdown.

4. A pre-filled risk creation form will be displayed, allowing the user to make changes if necessary. When the user clicks "Save", the risk will be created, and a new entry will be added to the Risk Register.

5. A comment is added to the Test detail page.

6. The 'Audit Log' is also captured.

7. The source and type of risk are displayed on the Risk detail page.

8. Audit Log in risk also hyperlinks to the test from which the risk was created.
