Get complete user access visibility across apps with Access Matrix

What's new?

The new Access Matrix page in the Access Review module provides a comprehensive overview of all users and their roles across your organization's applications in a single table. You can quickly identify access anomalies, overly privileged users, and unresolved user assignments.

Why it matters

Managing user access across multiple applications can be complex and prone to security gaps. The Access Matrix provides complete visibility into who has access to what, helping you spot irregularities, maintain least-privilege access, and ensure thorough, complete access reviews.

How it works

• Navigate to Access → Access Matrix to view the full user-application matrix.

• You can view employee names and emails on the left, with application roles displayed across the columns.

• Click on role counts to view all roles a user holds in that application. Privileged roles are marked with a triangular icon.

• Use filters to view specific employee types (active, ex-employees, contractors) or filter by role type.

• Select a single application and filter by role for focused reviews.

• For applications with unresolved users, navigate to the Access Overview module to assign owners. Once all owners are assigned, the warning notifications will disappear.
