Get more accurate auto-fill responses with the upgraded Answer Library

What's new?

We've updated the Answer Library in the Questionnaires module to provide a more intuitive and accurate experience when autofilling questionnaires.

Why was this needed?

Previously, the backend question-answer matching logic was stricter than the rest of the automation flow, which meant usable library entries were sometimes skipped, and suggestions felt inconsistent. With this update, you can rely on the Answer Library to surface relevant entries, reducing manual re-entry and making it easier to produce high-quality questionnaire responses.

How it works

• Use the Answer Library tab to review and maintain your saved answers. No changes to your existing entries are required.

• Run autofill or use Scrut's automation to populate questionnaire responses.

• Scrut finds and matches responses from your Answer Library more accurately.
