Get more accurate questionnaire autofill responses with entity-based scoping

What's new?

You can now scope Vault content and Questionnaire Automation by entity, so autofill pulls information only from the right context (e.g., product, business unit, subsidiary) that matches the entity you select.

Why was this needed?

For organizations managing multiple products or subsidiaries, global document ingestion led to irrelevant sources, contradictory answers, and higher manual effort to maintain questionnaire accuracy. Entity-based scoping ensures Autofill uses only the documents that truly matter for each context, reducing contradictions and improving response quality without additional manual work.

How it works

• Assign entities to Vault files (bulk action is available).

• Select entities while creating or editing questionnaires.

• Autofill uses only entity-matched documents and policies.

• Get warnings when no matching entity documents exist.

• Enable or disable the AI Readability toggle to control policy ingestion during Autofill.

Note: Existing content defaults to Organization-wide. Multi-entity support is available as an add-on.
