Google Drive Integration: Upload Evidence from Google Drive

We are pleased to announce the integration of Google Drive with Scrut, enhancing your ability to upload evidence documents directly from your Google Drive account into the Evidence Task section.

How does it work?

  1. Initiate Evidence task Upload:

    • Navigate to the 'Evidence Task' section within the Scrut platform.

    • Click on the "+" icon to open the popup.

  2. Select Google Drive Option:

    • In the side panel, select the option to manually upload evidence from Google Drive.

  3. Authenticate Google Drive:

    • Click to authenticate your Google account.

    • Complete the OAuth process to grant Scrut access to your Google Drive.

  4. Browse and Select Files:

    • Once authenticated, browse through your Google Drive folders.

    • Select the files you want to upload as evidence. Multi-select is supported.

  5. Import Evidence:

    • After selecting the files, import them into Scrut as evidence.

    • Confirm the import and verify that the evidence documents are correctly uploaded.
