Greyed Out System Details in the "Technicals" Tab for Disconnected MDM

We are pleased to announce the release of an enhancement to the "Technicals" tab on the Employee Details page on the Scrut platform. This enhancement aims to improve system details' visibility, where data is sourced from disconnected MDM (Mobile Device Management) integrations.

How does it work?

1. Navigate to "Settings". Go to "Integrations". Select any MDM tool for which the user wants to disconnect the integration but still prefers to keep the system details.

  1. Click on the 'Configure' button on any one of the MDM tools which is already integrated.

  1. Click on the 'Reset' button.

  1. Since the user wants to disconnect the integration but still prefers to keep the system details, click on 'Reset Integration'.

  1. Click on 'Proceed to Reset'.

  2. Now, under the "Employees" section, go to the "Technicals" tab. Jumpcloud information will be greyed out with the system details.
