Handle same MDM tool installed in multiple devices of same employee
We are excited to introduce a significant enhancement to the Scrut Automation platform, addressing a critical issue reported by our users. Previously, when users installed the same Mobile Device Management (MDM) tool, such as the Scrut Agent, on multiple devices, they encountered limitations in viewing technical details. The system would display data for only one device, overwriting it instead of appending it. We are pleased to announce that this issue has been successfully resolved.

Solution:
To address this issue, we have implemented a solution in this release. Now, when a user has multiple devices with the same MDM tool installed, we will return system details as an array instead of overwriting them. This means that all the relevant device information will be displayed, allowing users to view details for each device.
How does it work?
With this enhancement, if a user has installed the same MDM tool on multiple devices, the technical details will be displayed as an array, providing a comprehensive view of information for each device.
We believe that this bug fix will significantly improve the user experience with the Scrut Automation platform by ensuring that users have complete and accurate technical details for all devices.
Going forward, users will be able to see all the discovered devices without any data overwriting issues.
