HiBob Integration

We are excited to announce the integration of Hibob with the Scrut platform. HiBob is a human resources management system (HRMS) that covers a wide range of HR functions.

By integrating HiBob with the Scrut platform, we can fetch the employee details in the Scrut platform like Employee Name, Email, Department, Reporting Manager, Joining Date, and Exit Date.

How does it work?

1. Go to Settings, navigate to Integrations, go to HiBob, and click 'Integrate'.

2. Click on 'Connect'.

3. You will be asked to fill following details:

   • Enter your Hibob Service User ID - To create a Service User, please follow the instructions in this link, enter the necessary permissions and enter the ID here.

   • Enter your Hibob Service User Token - To create a Service User, please follow the instructions in this link, enter the necessary permissions and enter the Token here.

   • Enter your Hibob API Token (Optional) - API Token is only required for certain data points like Employee Documents. To generate an API Token, please follow the instructions in this link and enter the Token here.

4. Once the credentials are entered, click on 'Submit'.

5. We have successfully integrated HiBob with the Scrut platform.

6. Go to People and click on 'Employees' to see the list of employees synced from HiBob to Scrut.
