What is it?

You can now identify and manage duplicate answers in the Answer Library with more control.

Why does it matter?

Duplicate answers can clutter your library and cause confusion during questionnaire responses. This update helps you clean up your content, stay consistent, and improve answer quality.

How it works:

  1. Identify potential duplicates: The 'Possible Duplicate Detected' tag helps you detect when an answer may have copies elsewhere in the library.

  2. View related duplicates: Clicking on the 'Possible Duplicate Detected' tag instantly shows which answers are marked as duplicates of the current one.

  3. Take action: You can mark an answer as “Not a duplicate” or "Delete" unnecessary duplicates to keep your library clean.
