IDP Termination Logic Update

We've updated our offboarding/termination logic for employees syncing from IDP, specifically for customers who do not use an HRIS alongside their IDP integration.

Key Updates

  • Offboarding Trigger: When an employee's account is deleted, suspended, or de-provisioned in the IDP, we now automatically initiate the offboarding process in Scrut.

  • Initial Sync Behavior: For new IDP integrations and the first sync, employees who are already in a de-provisioned or deleted state will not be pulled into Scrut.

These changes ensure smoother offboarding workflows and prevent unnecessary employee records from being imported during initial syncs.
