Import employee data automatically from JumpCloud

What's new?

We have enhanced our Jumpcloud integration to make employee management more seamless for customers using Jumpcloud as their Identity Provider (IDP). Our Jumpcloud integration, previously limited to SSO and MDM use cases, now allows you to import employee data directly into Scrut, eliminating the need for manual exports and uploads.

Why it matters

Manually managing employee records creates delays and increases the risk of outdated or inconsistent user data across systems. With this update, you can:

  • Save Time: Eliminate manual exports and uploads.

  • Stay Updated: New hires, role changes, and exits in Jumpcloud are automatically reflected in Scrut.

How it works

  1. Click the Configure Groups button on the JumpCloud integration page (Integrations -> JumpCloud) in Scrut.

  1. Enable the JumpCloud IDP toggle.

  2. Use the Groups dropdown to select the JumpCloud groups from which you want to import employees into Scrut.
