Import Vendor Access Data Workflow - Enhancements

What's new?

We’ve introduced a new enhancement to Scrut’s Access Review module: the ability to directly import vendor access data from CSV or Excel files (up to 100 MB). This upgrade includes a field-mapping interface that helps you align key fields like Account Identifier and MFA—without manual reformatting.

Why does it matter?

This enhancement eliminates the manual hassle of reformatting access data exports. It saves time, reduces errors, and makes it easier to manage access reviews at scale across multiple vendors and apps.

How it works:

• Upload your file (CSV/XLSX up to 100 MB) directly into the Access Review module.

• Scrut auto-detects column headers.

• Map required and optional fields using dropdowns.

• You get a preview to validate the data. Any issues (like missing fields or duplicates) are flagged upfront.

• Submit the file to complete the import and get a confirmation once it’s done.
