Improved Access Review experience with better UI and smoother interactions

What’s new?

We’ve made several UI and UX improvements to the Access Review module, refining tooltips, actions, and visual elements across both the listing and review details pages.

Why it matters

By improving tooltips, icon behavior, and layout, users can now take action more quickly with clearly labeled buttons and icons, while understanding status and changes without second-guessing interface cues.

How it works

Access Review Listing Page:

• Fixed icon and visual inconsistencies

• Updated filter icon for better clarity

• Moved Audit Logs next to Create New for easier access

• Fixed tooltip rendering issues on application listings

Review Details Page – Draft State:

• Updated Delete action styling for visual feedback

• Replaced the close icon with a more intuitive delete icon

• Existing applications are now hidden while adding a new one in draft state

Review Details Page – Active State:

• Corrected and repositioned tooltip messages across columns

• Updated disabled icon messages for better guidance

• Revised alert text in the Approve Access modal
