Improved Evidence Export
In the latest update, the evidence export process from Scrut has been improved to enhance user experience. Previously, evidence attachments were categorized based on the framework requirement code, which did not align with user expectations. Users wanted to see attachments associated directly with Evidence Tasks. With this update, evidence attachments are now organized under the relevant Evidence Tasks, making the export process more intuitive and user-friendly.
How does it work?
Navigate to 'All Evidences' in the 'Evidence Tasks' section.
The option to export evidence is available in the kebab menu.
Upon clicking, the user will need to select a framework to download. After clicking 'Export', an email containing a download link will be sent to the user's email address.
The downloaded zip file follows this folder structure: In the 'Framework Name', go to 'Evidence Task'. Then go to 'Name' and then to 'Evidence Attachment(s)'.
Note: Only attachments, not links, are downloaded in Evidence Tasks. If an Evidence Task has no attachments, it won't be included in the download.
