Improved experience for managing Assignees and Approvers

What changed?

We’ve redesigned how you assign assignees and approvers to artifacts—making the process faster, clearer, and easier to manage.

Why does it matter?

Previously, assigning or changing assignees and approvers was time-consuming, especially when dealing with multiple users. This update makes the process smoother, reduces clicks, and gives you more control and clarity while assigning roles.

How it works:

• Easily select multiple users as Assignees or Approvers via checkboxes—no more one-by-one selections. Checkmarks provide instant visual confirmation of selected users.

  

• Set a primary assignee by clicking on 'Make Primary' and then 'Save.'

  

• Reorder approvers to reflect the right sequence and then click on 'Save.'

  

• Structured input field replaces the old floating search bar for a cleaner, more consistent experience.

• The 'Add User' button is now more prominent with a + icon, so onboarding new assignees is just a click away.
