Improved file previews in the vendor portal

What's new?

You can now preview files directly in the Vendor Portal, making it quick and easy to review attachments in questionnaires and mitigation tasks. Supported formats include:

• Spreadsheets: .xlsx, .xls, .csv

• Documents: .doc, .docx (with zoom support)

• Presentations: .ppt, .pptx (with zoom support)

• PDFs: .pdf (with zoom support)

• Images: .jpg. .jpeg, .pmg

• Videos: .mp4

• Email files: .eml

How it works

• Click any file attachment in the Vendor Portal to open the preview modal

• Use zoom controls and full-screen mode for detailed file inspection

• Search within documents using Cmd + F / Ctrl + F for quick information location

• Download files directly from the modal for offline access
