Improved folder and file management in Vault

What's new?

We’ve introduced an easier way to manage your files and folders within the Vault. You can now move entire folders (including all their nested files and subfolders) in just a few clicks. This eliminates the need to recreate folder structures or re-upload files, helping you maintain a clean and organized Vault as your documentation grows.

Why it matters

Organizing files and folders in the Vault becomes easier when you can move multiple items simultaneously, rather than handling them one at a time. This saves significant time when restructuring your compliance documentation and makes vault management far more efficient.

How it works

• Move single folders: Click the three-dot menu next to any folder, choose Move, select the destination folder, and click 'Move to selected folder'.

• Select file ranges: Single-click the first file, then hold Shift and click the last file to select all files in between.

• Choose specific files: Click the first file, hold Command (Mac) or Control (Windows), and click additional files to select only the ones you want.

• Move in bulk: After selecting multiple items, click Move, choose your destination folder, and all selected files move together.
