Improved Workflow: Direct Risk Creation from Audit Findings

In our latest update, we are enhancing user convenience by introducing "create risk" actions within the 'Audit Centre Module' - 'Audit Findings'. Previously, identifying risks during audits required users to navigate to the risk management module to create a risk, disrupting their workflow. This new feature allows users to directly create risks within the Audit Centre, streamlining the process and improving the overall efficiency of managing organizational compliance.

Use case

During a compliance audit, a compliance officer identifies a risk. Using the new 'Create Risk' action directly from the audit findings, they can quickly document and link the risk without disrupting their workflow. This streamlined process enhances efficiency and ensures accurate risk management.

How does it work?

• Navigate to an 'Audit Project' in the 'Audit Centre'.

• In the 'Audit Centre', within the 'Findings' tab, users can create risks for each finding that is not in the 'Close' or 'Needs Review' state.

• The risk creation form is pre-filled with available information. Users can make changes if necessary, or they can proceed to create the risk as is.

• Once a risk is created, a comment is added on the Audit Findings page. This comment is hyperlinked, allowing the user to navigate to the risk by clicking on it. Additionally, the audit finding is noted in the audit log of the newly created risk.

If necessary, multiple risks can be identified from a single finding. Users can also create risks from the centralized 'Findings' tab in the 'Audit Center'.

This new feature will significantly enhance the efficiency of your audits by integrating risk management directly into the audit process. We hope this update will provide all users a seamless and productive experience.
