In-App Video Tutorials for Seamless Guidance

We’re making it easier for users to navigate and understand our platform’s features with the introduction of in-app video tutorials. Our platform includes multiple modules like Compliance, Risk, Trust, Automated Tests, and Evidence Collection, and users often struggle with understanding and setting up these functionalities effectively. Until now, the only way to learn was through documentation or trial and error, leading to incomplete setups and increased support queries.

With this update, users will now have direct access to contextual video tutorials within each module. These videos provide step-by-step guidance on key features, ensuring a smoother onboarding experience and better adoption of critical functionalities.

What’s New?

• A 'Help' icon has been added to each module (e.g., Compliance, Tests, People).

• Clicking the icon opens a slidable popup with short, easy-to-follow video tutorials (1-3 minutes each).

Note: This is an ongoing rollout, and we will continue to add more video tutorials across different modules to ensure users have complete guidance.
