What is this feature?

We're excited to announce a major upgrade to the vendor portal, making it easier than ever for your vendors to manage questionnaires from all Scrut customers in one place!

Introducing Single Login for Vendors

Say goodbye to juggling multiple questionnaires from different customers! With our new vendor login system, vendors will receive a unique login link via email. This link grants access to a centralized vendor portal, eliminating the need for separate logins for each Scrut customer they work with.

Benefits for Vendors

  • Streamlined Workflow: Effortlessly access and manage questionnaires from all your Scrut customers within a single, convenient portal.

  • Improved Organization: No more scattered logins – stay on top of all your questionnaires in one centralized location.

  • Increased Efficiency: Save time and reduce frustration by managing everything from a single access point.

How it works

  1. Scrut Customer A & Customer B send separate questionnaires to the same vendor POC, and then POC receives two emails with questionnaire links.

  1. When the vendor POC clicks on any of the questionnaire links, it lands on the vendor portal's login page.

  1. Post Login, POC can see the questionnaire from both Customer A & Customer B.
