Introducing the enhanced Risk dashboard—a valuable tool for swiftly assessing the risk landscape across departments, assignees, categories, and entities. Currently, our platform has column selectors at the graph level for data refinement. Recognizing the need for more comprehensive analysis, which requires the application of filters across all graphs simultaneously, this release introduces dashboard filters in the 'Risk Management' module.

Use Case/Pain Points Solved

  • Users can view the number of risks assigned to them across departments and categories by selecting their names from the 'Assignee' filter.

  • They can also analyze both the inherent and residual risks for their assigned risks.

  • Additionally, users can see the number of 'Mitigation Tasks' assigned to them.

  • Admins have the ability to view the risks associated with different entities.

Dashboard Filters

Users have the flexibility to select one or more filters simultaneously, allowing them to drill down into the specific data they seek. The dashboard offers four primary filters. They are:

  1. Assignee: This dropdown presents a comprehensive list of risk assignees, with a priority given to "No Assignee" and an option to filter the user's own assignments marked as "Me".

  2. Department: Users can easily navigate through all available departments and filter relevant ones with this drop-down.

  3. Category: This dropdown lists all the categories present in the risk settings.

  4. Entity: This dropdown contains a comprehensive list of entities that the user has configured in 'Entities'.
