Introducing Multi-Entity Support in Vendor Management

We're pleased to announce a valuable addition to our vendor management module – multi-entity support! This feature empowers organizations with multiple entities to efficiently manage vendor relationships at a granular level.

Pain Point Solved

Previously, it was not possible to link vendors to specific entities, making it difficult to filter which vendors belonged to which entities.

How does it work?

1. Entity Selection during Vendor Creation: You can now select one or more entities relevant to the vendor's services during vendor creation or editing.

2. Entity Visibility: Vendors are displayed within the context of the selected entity, enabling focused vendor management.

3. Bulk Import: When importing vendors through a bulk import template, a dedicated 'Entities' column allows you to efficiently assign entities during the import process.

4. Entity selecting during Vendor Discovery: During vendor creation from the 'Vendor Discovery' tab, you can now select one or more entities relevant to the vendor's services.

5. Entity selection during Vendor Onboarding.

6. Entity filter in Vendor Dashboard: Users can now see vendor compliance for specific entities using the entity filter in the vendor dashboard.
