Introducing Risk Audit Log

Risk management is crucial, and the module lacked an audit log to track the actions users took on the risk level. Recognizing this as a significant integrity gap in the product, we introduce the Risk Audit Log – a dedicated tab to view all actions taken, complete with timestamps and user names.

Exploring Risk Audit Log

Step 1: Navigate to 'Risk Management', then go to "Risk Register".

Step 2: Click on any Risk, and the user is taken to a Risk Details page.

The Risk Audit Log can be found as a new tab next to Mitigation Tasks on the Risk Details page.

For every user action, the activity is logged in the Audit Log with details. Users can navigate to subsequent pages to view older logs.

One more new addition to the 'Risk Details' page is the Comment Section. With comment sections, users can leave notes, tag others to bring their attention, and trigger emails to ensure they don’t miss important information!
