Introducing Vendor Assessment Status

We are introducing vendor-level status in Scrut, providing a quick and easy way to see your vendors' current assessment stage. This eliminates the need to delve into individual vendor profiles to check questionnaire completion.

Use case/Pain point solved

Previously, determining a vendor's assessment status required navigating individual vendor profiles and checking questionnaire completion. This could be time-consuming and cumbersome, especially for managing a large number of vendors.

How does it work?

1. Vendor-level status now provides a clear and concise overview of your vendor base:

   • Not Assessed: No questionnaires have been sent to the vendor.

   • In Progress: At least one questionnaire has been sent, but the vendor has not yet submitted it or evaluated it by the vendor risk assessment team.

   • Assessed: All relevant questionnaires have been sent, submitted by the vendor, and evaluated by the vendor risk assessment team.

2. You can also filter by Vendor Status.
