What's new?

Our two-way Jira integration is now available across more modules, including:

  • Cloud: Track linked Jira tickets for failed tests

  • Corrective Actions: Create and track Jira issues directly on Corrective Actions

  • Audit Findings and Requests: Raise Jira tickets post-creation and view updates inline

  • Risk Management: Create or link existing Jira issues to risks requiring external remediation

How does it benefit you?

This enhancement standardizes how you manage remediation work across Scrut. Instead of switching between tools, you can create, link, and track Jira tickets from anywhere, giving your team a single, consistent workflow and full visibility into progress.

How it works

  • Create or link Jira tickets directly from items in the newly supported modules.

  • Any updates to a ticket’s status or assignee in Jira are automatically reflected back in Scrut.

  • You can optionally configure auto-ticket creation when the status of items in the Tests, Evidence, or Cloud module changes to Needs Attention.
