Keka Integration
What is this feature?
We are excited to introduce our latest platform update that streamlines HRMS data integration from Keka into Scrut's People section, saving you valuable time and effort spent in manual data entry.
We can now automatically fetch the following details from Keka:
Employee Name
Employee Email
Joining Date
Exit Date (if the employee was terminated)
Department
Reporting Manager
How does it work?
Navigate to 'Settings'. Go to 'Integrations'. Scroll down to find 'Keka' under "Human Resources Integration Systems". Click on 'Integrate' and then click on 'Connect'.
Ensure that you have admin privileges. If yes, click 'Yes' to proceed.
To proceed with the integration, enter your Keka SubDomain, Keka API key, Keka Client ID, and Keka Client Secret into the provided fields.
How to Find Your Subdomain:
Enter the subdomain for your Keka account. For example, if you sign in at "acme.keka.com", enter "acme." Do not enter the full "acme.keka.com". Refer to the image for clarification.
After entering the required information, simply click on the 'Submit' button to initiate the integration process. Upon successful integration, you will be directed to a connected screen confirming that the integration has been successfully completed.
Now, the employees' details will be fetched and reflected in the 'Employees' section under the 'People' dashboard.
