Manage policy version history without duplicates

What's new?

The policy renewal workflow now updates the current version without creating duplicate entries in the version table. Audit logs have been enhanced for clearer tracking, and we've cleaned up existing duplicate versions by merging them and retaining only the latest entry.

Why it matters

Duplicate policy versions create confusion during audits and make version history difficult to track. This fix ensures your policy version table is accurate, streamlined, and audit-ready with a clean historical record.

How it works

• No changes needed from you. When you renew policies as usual, Scrut updates the version number correctly.

• Accurate audit logs with improved information about version names and renewal actions.

Note: Existing duplicate versions have been automatically consolidated to eliminate duplicates.
