Manually Changing Vendor Assessment Status

What is this feature?

This update empowers users within the Vendor Management module to manually change the assessment status of vendors.

Use Case/Pain Point Solved

Previously, users who evaluated vendors outside of Scrut (without sending questionnaires) lacked a way to reflect the completed assessment within the platform. This led to discrepancies and potentially outdated vendor information.

How does it work?

  1. Click on any vendor.

  1. Click the three dots and then click "Change Assessment Status".

  1. Change the assessment status, enter 'Remarks', and click "Save".
