Mapping Difference Sheet - Admin Panel

What is this feature?

We're excited to introduce our new feature: the MAPPING DIFFERENCE SHEET. It simplifies comparing customer mappings with master mappings for each framework, saving time and effort in spotting differences and taking action.

Overview

Downloading customer and master mappings and manually comparing them can be time-consuming in cases like Framework Migration and other stuff. To address this, we have introduced an option to view and download a Mapping Difference sheet directly from the admin panel.

How does it work?

1. Log in to the 'Admin' panel and select the account to which you want to update the Test version.

2. Navigate to 'Frameworks'.

3. Click on the three dots and select "View Difference Mapping".

4. On the 'View Mapping Difference' page, users can see a summary comparing the Requirements, Controls, Evidence, and Policies counts with the master version count.

5. Below the Summary, users can see a separate section that includes a total number of Controls, Policies, and Evidence, which are defined by colors like White, Red, and Green.

• Red - Artifacts to be removed post-migration

• Green - Artifacts to be added post-migration

• White - Artifacts to be retained post-migration

  6. Filters such as Filter by color and Source filter are also available along with the Search bar. Through the Source filter, users can filter the custom artifact and Scrut Artifact.

  7. Users can also export all the data by clicking on the Export button.
