We are excited to introduce new functionalities that simplify and streamline compliance management within your organization:

  • Mark framework requirements out of scope: This empowers you to efficiently identify and categorize requirements from compliance frameworks that are not applicable to your organization, enhancing your focus on relevant elements.

  • Generate Statement of Applicability (SOA): Easily generate a comprehensive document outlining all in-scope controls or requirements, facilitating communication with auditors and stakeholders.

Use case/Pain point solved

Previously, managing requirements within compliance frameworks that weren't applicable to your organization involved manual tracking and justification, leading to:

  • Time-consuming processes: Manually identifying and justifying non-applicable controls was inefficient and resource-intensive.

  • Ineffective communication: Lack of a clear distinction between applicable and non-applicable controls could potentially lead to confusion during audits or communication with stakeholders.

How does it work?

  1. Navigate to 'Frameworks'.

  2. Click on any "Framework".

  1. Click the three dots menu and then click "Mark Requirement Out of Scope".

  1. Add Justification and click "Save".

  1. Requirements marked out of scope are displayed like this.

  1. Download SOA

    a. From the 'Scope' filter, select "In Scope".

b. From the three dots menu, click "Export Requirements(CSV)".
