Multi-Entity filter in Dashboard

We are excited to introduce the Multi-Entity Filter feature in the "Main Dashboard", which enhances your dashboard experience by allowing you to view and analyze data across multiple entities in a seamless and efficient manner.

Note: Refer to Part 1, Part 2 & Part 3 which were released a few weeks back.

How does it work?

  1. Navigate to the "Dashboard" of the Scrut Automation Platform.

  2. Locate the new 'Entity' filter option in the dashboard interface.

  3. Select the entities you wish to include in your view.

  1. Now, the dashboard updates in real time to display the selected entity data.

  2. The following cards/section data will be updated after the filter is applied:

    • Compliance Progress section: It shows Compliance Progress, Policy, and Evidence percentage of the selected entity + org wide.

    • Upcoming Audits: It shows upcoming audits of selected entities + org wide.

    • Metrics: It shows Open Risks and Audits of selected entities + org wide.

    • Critical issues graph It shows should data for selected entities + org wide.

    • Needs attention section: It shows Policy/Evidence/Test needs attention data for the selected entity.
