Multi-Level Reminders for Reviews and Reassessments
What is it?
Scrut now supports Multi-Level Reminders for policy reviews, evidence updates, and vendor reassessments. This update increases the minimum review period options and introduces a four-stage automated reminder system (30, 15, 7 days, and on the due date) to support timely and thorough reviews.
Why does it matter?
The previous 7-day trigger often left teams scrambling to review and publish updates. This enhancement gives teams more lead time and structured reminders, reducing rushed approvals and helping maintain compliance accuracy.
How it works:
Go to Settings → Notifications and enable the review reminder feature.
Toggle on multi-level reminders to activate the notification flow.
Users will now receive four automated notifications before the review date:
30 days before the review date
15 days before the review date
7 days before the review date
On the review/assessment date
