New Corrective Action Tracker
What is this feature?
The Correction Action Tracker helps organizations track and manage corrective actions. It is designed to assist in identifying, addressing, and resolving compliance issues and non-conformances.
When a compliance violation or non-conformance is identified through audits, inspections, or other monitoring activities, corrective action is required to rectify the situation. This is where the Corrective Action Tracker comes into play; it provides a centralized system for documenting and tracking these actions.
Old vs. New Corrective Action Tracker
In the previous version of the Corrective Action Tracker, a non-conformity could only be generated from a Test Finding, restricting users from creating it for any other objective.
The new Corrective Action Tracker is now a distinct module that is independent of the test or any other module, ensuring its compatibility and applicability across different areas.
Migrating from Old to New Corrective Action Tracker
We have already migrated your account to New Corrective Action Tracker, so you don’t have to do anything.
If you have created corrective actions in the old module, those will be available in the new module by default as well.
